Who are we ?


 

La Manufacture Bio is the result of 8 years of research by Franck Belleton, chocolate maker, pastry chef and confectioner, who became a specialist in "gluten-free" after discovering his celiac disease in his forties.
A complete range of organic and gluten-free products has been developed with a desire to find tastes, flavors, textures at least equivalent to conventional products.
The highlight of this range is the famous Gluten Free Mix, which allows you to make all gluten free recipes, including very good bread.

Chocolate is at the heart of our know-how: we have developed a complete range of chocolates for everyday use or as gifts.

Chocolate bars, coated fruits or dried fruits, fine chocolates, gingerbread covered with dark chocolate... gourmet, fine, organic, and guaranteed gluten-free products.
Our manufacturing laboratory and all our products are certified and labelled:
