OUR HISTORY 


La Manufacture bio is the result of the work of Franck Belleton, a master chocolate maker and pastry chef, who became a specialist in gluten-free products after discovering his illness in his forties.
 
A complete range of organic and gluten-free products has been developed with a desire to find tastes, flavours and textures at least equivalent to the conventional products he was making before discovering his coeliac disease.
 
The highlight of this range is the famous Gluten Free Mix, which can be used to make all kinds of recipes, including very good gluten free bread, like classic French bread.
The laboratory has been in Mane en Provence (near Manosque) since 2015, in premises totally dedicated to the production of organic and gluten-free recipes and products, historically known under the Franck.B brand.
 
Since 2022, the creation of the brand La Manufacture Bio initiates the turning point in the development of the company with the will to market more widely the Gluten Free Magic Mix and the whole range of products, now distributed to individuals in our shops, online, in a network of outlets, at professionals, or at the table of restaurants or hotels of quality.
