If you are gluten intolerant, suffer from coeliac disease or just want to lighten your diet, we have created the ideal gluten-free flour mix to make all your favourite recipes.
Available in 1kg bags, you will be able to make all the sweet preparations at home: pie bases, pancakes, waffles, pancakes, brioches, cakes, sponge cakes, biscuits, crunchies, madelaines, cannelés, choux pastry, etc.
